Green Vines Vase
Round green vase in white stoneware with vertical ribbed lines that capture the movement of the wheel as it was thrown. The hand-carved botanical vines were added at leather hard, and the pot is finished off with a transparent green glaze layered with a sandy yellow on the outside that breaks along its surface, adding depth and highlighting the texture. This vase is slightly discounted due to a minor glaze defect (shown in the last picture) that does not interfere with the functionality of the piece.
